Shipping policy


After the order has been placed and confirmed, preparing your order takes approximately 2-3 working days. We regularly ship with FedEx, DHL Express, Purolator, AustaliaPost and Royal Mail 1st Class. Shipping companies typically deliver within 3 to 5 days.

Depending on the payment options, all of our goods will only be dispatched after receipt of payment.

In most cases, we work with "on-demand" system. This means that your order is produced individually for you; therefore the delivery takes a little longer than with stock ready for dispatch.

All frames and prints are shipped together in extra-strong protective cardboard suitable for domestic shipping. We do not offer framing service.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification by email with the tracking number.

How fast will I get my order?

International delivery speed depends on air freight, customs delays and local delivery times.

In Europe, you can expect your order to arrive in 3 to 5 working days after it’s been despatched.

In the United States and Canada, you can expect your order to arrive in 3 to 5 working days after it’s been despatched.

In Australia and New Zealand, you can expect your order to arrive in 3 to 5 working days after it’s been despatched.

For the rest of the world, you can expect your order to arrive in 7 to 10 working days after it’s been dispatched.


Shipping Cost

The shipping pricing list goes as follow*:

  • Europe: €2.95. 
  • UK: £2.95. 
  • United States: $2.95.
  • Canada: $2.95.
  • Australia & New Zealand: $2.95.
  • Rest of the World: $12.95

* These fees generally apply to every delivery with the exemption of large (A2 and A1 framed posters)

Delivery surcharges or exclusions may apply to the following:

  • Channel Islands, Isle of Man
  • Scottish Highlands and Offshore, Isle of Wight
  • Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland
  • Bermuda
  • Reunion Island
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

The correct delivery area should be selected in the shopping cart.

If the correct area has not been selected these surcharges will be advised to you once the order has been placed. You will be given the choice to pay any surcharge or cancel the order.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where the delivery cost is prohibitively high.

* The purchase of large-format frames might include additional shipping costs in some cases. The cost will be displayed in the pricing details screen and the customer informed during the shopping process.

The stated shipping costs does NOT include all shipping-related costs, such as administrative costs, picking and packaging, packaging material, the costs for parcel services or forwarding agents, as well as variable surcharges e.g. for toll or diesel, but not any customs duties, customs clearance costs and taxes from other countries.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information on what these charges may be before placing your order, to avoid any unexpected fees.

Worldwide delivery

Whichever country you’re based in, we can deliver your favourite posters there or to any country you wish to send them to.

Please note, in some cases, international delivery for framed posters is not available.
